These terms constitute an agreement between www.thepartshome.se, together with the website owner DDUP Business Service AB (Swedish Organization Number: 556883-0672) and you as a user, guest visitor or registered account owner. Since the Terms of Use are updated from time to time, each time you visit or shop from www.thepartshome.se, you will need to accept the current version of these terms. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the site and/or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to them and to comply with them. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not have access to or use of the website or services.

Any agreement or contract reached between users and www.thepartshome.se will automatically reached with DDUP Business Service AB at the same time.

  1. The type of users

We are separating our visitors and customers into 2 main different types and groups: distributors and private customers.

Distributors means the customers buying products from us for reselling them directly or reselling them together with their services instead of using and consuming them by themselves. Normally, our distributor customers are resellers and repair companies who purchase from us for business purposes.

Private customer means the customer buying products from us for direct use and consume by themselves instead of reselling the products to other parties. Private customers can be individual persons or companies which need our products to fulfill their needs but not reselling the products.

The distributor customer needs to register an account to use our website and will get distributor prices according to the potential of its purchase power. The private customer can visit and buy from us as a guest without creating the customer account or can register an account to get more convenient services.

  1. Terms of Sales

(1)Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment and/or credit has been approved by us and or by one of our third-party payment methods.

You will not be able to change or cancel your order through customer view pages after the order submitted. You need to contact our customer service to inform us the adjustments or cancellation.

If the order has been shipped out from our warehouse, the changes or cancellation may cause extra costs, or the shipping cost can not be refunded.

(2)Pricing 

We present all prices including VAT (Swedish VAT rate is 25%) for private customer type visitors and all prices excluding VAT for distributor customer type visitors. The applied VAT rule will be different according to different situations (customer from Sweden, EU or outside EU etc.) and will be stated in the checkout page and invoice.

We offer different prices for different customer groups according to the buying quantity and amount for specific order or future potential. 

We offer prices in SEK, Euro and USD 3 different currencies. The showing prices in different currencies are subject to changes according to the exchange rates changes.

Shipping and handling fee may apply and will be clearly stated in checkout page and invoices.

After an order has been placed, the prices can only be changed due to circumstances that we do not have control over (eg war, natural disasters, etc.) and in the event of obvious inaccuracies in the stated price. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

(3)Product Information

We use our best effort to offer an accurate representation of products through descriptions, videos and images, they may look differently in real life. 

Information in the event of any errors in stock status or product information, www.thepartshome.se reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement or inform the customer asking for a new agreement on processing the order. If the product has expired or for some other reason is not available, www.thepartshome.se is not obliged to provide the product but can suggest an alternative product. 

All image information should be considered as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product.

We present our stock status and estimate arriving time for out-of-stock items. We can not guarantee the accuracy of arriving time for out-of-stock items or compensate for the delay.

(4)Payment

We offer different payment methods for different customer types. 

  • Klarna online payment for private/retail customers from Sweden;
  • PayPal online payment for both distributor and private customers from all countries;
  • Invoice payment (pay later or pay in advance) for distributor customers from all countries;

Credit check may needed and will be processed by our payment method partners.

Pre-payment is our standard requirement for processing the order which means we will not ship your order before payment confirmed. 

We can offer limited amount and time credit for selected distributor customers after a period of time of trial cooperation and credit assessment. 

For the distributor customers with credit and pay afterwards, we may cancel the credit treatment if delayed payment happened. Payment delayed over 2 weeks, a penalty interest of 0,3% per delayed day (start from the day after due date) may be charged and payment reminder will be sent. Another 2 weeks after payment reminder sent out, if there is no action taken, we will process the case with debt collecting agencies and move the case to law enforcement authorities as the final step to clear the case.

(5)Shipping and Delivery Terms

We offer different shipping methods to different shipment destination countries and different customer types. The shipping methods options will be listed on the checkout page and shipping cost will be charged accordingly.

We offer free shipping for self-pickup orders and other orders which reach certain amount within certain countries. The free shipping options will be listed when the order fulfill our conditions for that. 

The orders satisfied the release conditions (payment confirmed or credit available orders and in-stock orders) will be shipped out within 24 hours after the release conditions confirmed.

Www.thepartshome.se cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

The receiver is subject to take the responsibility to check the delivered package according to the packing list or order and feedback to thepartshome.se in case of any damage, shortage or missing items. The receiver shall provide the proof of the problems by providing relevant documents, pictures or videos. The feedback and complaint shall be done within 7 days after the package delivered otherwise the delivery will be considered fulfilled correctly. 

You will receive notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information on the website in connection with the order confirmation, or subsequently via a separate emails. You, then of course, have the right to cancel or change your order. We cannot offer any compensation due to a delivery delay. If any of the products you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other products on your order, we can in some cases split your order and send partial deliveries.

(6)Register an Account

For private customers, we offer the access of checkout as a guest without creating an account. 

For distributor customers, you can not access the distributor customer pages without registering an account or log-in.

With the registered account, both private customers and distributor customers can have many benefits such as saved addresses and customer info, currency settings, language settings, newsletter and discount code when it available etc. The distributor customers also can enjoy the wholesale prices after register the account.

Please offer true and accurate information to register the account with us. Www.thepartshome.se reserve the rights to change or delete the account if wrong or missing information found in the account registration even orders already submitted and paid.

You are not allowed create the account for other person or company than yourself, you are not allowed to borrow, lend and transfer the account between you and other person or company. 

We have the right to delete your account if we found suspicious fraud actions, bad credit records, or other violation or wrong behavior against the business and cooperation involved.

  1. Warranty Policy

We promise the products selling from our website will be free from defects in material and workmanship. All our warranties are limited by the condition of the products, meaning they should not have any man-made damage.  Please read our return policy for full details about return and warranties (Link).

The warranties vary depending on the type of products and or services you have ordered. For some products we have lifetime warranty, others we have 12 months and for some products (e.g. customized or tailor-made products) there is limited warranty which means that the item can't be returned but instead will be compensated in some other way.

For example, we have 12 months warranty as default and standard for our products. We also have specified warranty period in the product detail page if that item apply to other warranty policies, like lifetime warranty for spare parts, limited warranty for some customized products or machines. Any items without specified warranty policy will apply for 12 months warranty.

The warranty will not cover any man-made damages or normal usage and consumption of the products.

  1. Return Policy

For private customers, we offer 14 days return policy for regretted purchase. If you return an unused product with associated labels and in its original packaging within 14 days, the full amount minus the shipping cost will be refunded. In the event of a right of withdrawal / open purchase, we do not reimburse shipping costs back to us and the responsibility for the shipment reaching us lies with you as a customer. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not pasted on the original packaging. In the event of defective packaging or obvious damage to the product, price deductions will be made on at least 30% of the product's value and can be refused refund in the event of significant damage. 

You are responsible for the shipping cost on return.

For distributor customers, 14 days return policy is not applied. Only warranty defect return policy available for distributor customers.

Warranty defect return from both private customers and distributor customers can be processed by contacting us first and send the defect products in a well-packed package and include a list specify the order number, items name, quantity and defect description. 

We will process the warranty check and issue the return checking report within 2 weeks after the returned items received. For the accepted warranty items, the customer can choose to have replacement, credit or refund as compensation. Www.thepartshome.se will not take any responsibility for extra compensation other than the purchased product itself. 

The customer will pay for the shipping cost of returning products and www.thepartshome.se will pay for the shipping cost of replacement items.

The returns shall be sent to our address directly, deliver at place, not service point for pick-up. We can not do return pick-up and the packages sent to service points may be sent back to you in case we couldn’t get notifications on time or couldn’t arrange pick up on time.

The rejected returns (with man-made damages, warranty expired, or no defects found for distributor customers) will be returned to the buyer with their next order or shipped exclusively with charged shipping.

Www.thepartshome.se will not be liable to you if damages or losses happen to you due to the product quality issues. The manufacturer should be responsible for compensation according to the related laws. We will assist.

Www.thepartshome.se will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Www.thepartshome.se will not be liable to you if the delivery of your order delayed or damaged during the transportation. Complain to the carrier shall be filed by you and we will assist.
