This is for retail customers only. For most of the products without specific notes from Thepartshome.se, we offer 14-Day return policy to our retail customers. This term is offering our private customers a regret right to return the products ordered within 14 days after the delivery received. The products specified in the description with no return and warranty terms are not apply to this term.

  • Send out the returning products in 14 days maximum after delivered;
  • Keep the original package and make sure the product is 100% original condition without original package damages;
  • Returned items that are not defective may be charged a restocking fee or repacking fee up to 15% of the original purchase price;

  • Packing list or order number of the purchasing order need to be enclosed in the return package and packed properly;

We offer lifetime warranty for spare parts to Apple, Samsung, Huawei and other brand's devices, excluding batteries. Accessories, machines, tools and other products with specific warranty terms, customized requests are not covered in this term. The products specified in the description with no return and warranty are not apply to this term.

    • Thepartshome.se will check the RMA and issue the report in 20 working days after RMA received;

5. Man-made Damages

 

We will check both cosmetic and functional conditions of the returned parts. We accept the normal signs of usage of the parts. But we will consider the following situations as man-made damages and reject the item:

  • Cracks, broken corners on the surface, frame or other sides;
  • Connector pins bent or lost, flex cable broken, cracked or lost;
  • Screw holes damaged, paint scratched ;
  • Small parts missing, or other types of incomplete return;
  • Scratches can be felt by finger nails on glass cover or metal frame;
  • Lines, stripes or other screen inside damages with signs of mounting together.

We strongly suggest our customers test the parts before assemble it to the device. If anything wrong, put the item aside and process RMA later.
