We apply different warranty and return policies for the products selling from Thepartshome.se. The warranty and return policies are 3 different situations and conditions in general. Other special cases or inquiries you have, please contact us at the email: service@thepartshome.se

    1. 7-Day Return Policy

For most of the products without specific notes from Thepartshome.se, we offer 7-Day return policy. This term is offering our customers a right to return the products ordered within 7 days after the delivery received. The products specified in the description with no return and warranty are not apply to this term.

There are some key points for 7-day return policy from Thepartshome.se:

  • Send out the returning products in 7 days after delivered;

  • Keep the original package and make sure the product is 100% original condition;

  • Returned items that are not defective may be charged a restocking fee or repacking fee up to 15% of the price;

  • Shipping cost charged and shipping cost for return are on the customer;

  • Packing list or order number of the purchasing order need to be enclosed in the return package and pack properly.

 

     2. Life Time Warranty

We offer life time warranty for all spare parts to Apple, Samsung, Huawei and other brand's devices, excluding batteries. Accessories, machines, tools and other products with specific warranty terms and other categories other than spare parts are not covered in this term. Life time warranty means we do not set any time limit for quality warranty on the parts we sold, the only conditions are they are from us and they have no man-made damages.

 

    • The returned products can not with any man-made damages caused by careless or unprofessional handled;

    • Thepartshome.se will check the RMA and issue the report in 20 working days after RMA received;

    • The rejected RMA with man-made damages or non-defective items will be returned to the customer with next order or replacement package;

    • Man-made damages are including any damage can cause the products functional defect, including big scratches and dents which can be caused by strong force and possibly damaging other parts of the product except the scratch or dent;

    • Shipping cost for RMA is on the customer side;

    • The list of returned items and reasons should be enclosed in the RMA package, including the sender’s info in the list as well;

    • The customers can choose credit, refund or replacement for the accepted returns;

    • The refund and credit price for the RMA will be calculated according to the latest prices;

    3. 12-Month Warranty

For most of the products without specific notes from Thepartshome.se, we offer 12-month warranty. This term is offering our customers a right to return the products ordered within 12 months after purchasing due to the functional fail or defect reasons. The products specified in the description with no return and warranty are not apply to this term.

    4.Limited Warranty

There are some products from Thepartshome.se have limited warranty. These are mainly equipment or machines with big size and weight which are very difficult for repack and transportation or some special products have limited warranty from the suppliers.

This product is guaranteed to be as described on the product page on arrival. Please note NOT RETURN AND WARRANTY for this product.”

 

The products with this note will only have limited warranty. Thepartshome.se will not accept return of this product for any reason. 7-day return policy and 12-month warranty policy are not applied for these products.
